Your new American SportWorks UTV uses two socket

head 5/16” x 2 ¼” bolts to hold the hood as well as the

Brushguardinplace,withanadditionalnylockbehindthe

plasticasshown

1) PlaceseatbackframeonvehicleframetubesInserta

 5/16”x2”socketheadboltthroughbothbottomjoints

 Theheadoftheboltshouldbeontheoutsideofthe

 vehiclePutacurvedwasheronthethreadedendof

 theboltPlacea5/16”nylocknutontheboltsbutdo

 nottighten

2) Placethecageonfrontvehicleframetubesandseat

 backInserta5/16”x2”socketheadboltthroughall

 fourjointsTheheadoftheboltshouldbeonthe

 outsideofthevehiclePutacurvedwasheronthe

 threadedendoftheboltPlacea5/16”nylocknuton

 thebolts

3) TightenthenylockagainstthebentwasherVERY

 tightlytosecuretheBrushguard

4) Thensecuretheplastichoodontothesameboltwith

 thesecondnylocknutlocatedbeneaththehood,until

 theboltheadisushwiththeendofthenut

Bumper Installation

1) Aligntheholesinthefrontbumperwiththemounting

 holesinthefrontframetubesInsertthefour5/16”x2”

 boltsthroughthebumperbracketandthenintothe

 frametubesPutacurvedwasheronthethreaded

 endoftheboltPlacea5/16”nylocknutonthebolts

 andverifybumperislevelbeforetightening
